The Qiwa platform is an electronic portal launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in 2019, aiming to facilitate and organize labor relations in the private sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a wide range of electronic services for employers and employees, including:
For employers:
Payroll management: by creating payrolls, entering employee data, calculating salaries, and disbursing them.
Issuing work certificates: electronically for employees who have completed their work period.
Employment contract management: This is through uploading employment contracts and managing the contract life cycle.
Reporting labor violations: This is to report any violations of labor laws by employees.
Communicating with employees: by sending messages, alerts, and announcements.
Compliance with work regulations: This is done by ensuring that the employer adheres to work regulations and regulations related to wages, working hours, vacations, etc.
For employees:
Salary Inquiry: To view details of net salary and deductions.
Obtaining the account statement: to view the details of the monthly account movement.
Submitting leave requests: electronically, attaching the required documents.
